SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver our lamb nationwide. Nationwide delivery is €15. We deliver our lamb in cooler boxes which ensures the lamb remains chilled until it gets to your door.
Following receiving your order we will endeavor to prepare your order as soon as reasonably possible. Once we have your lamb ready to go, we contact our courier, DPD Ireland. DPD then sends out their driver to collect your lamb. Prior to delivery, you will receive a text from DPD with a day and time for shipment arrival. If you're not at home don't fret! Our courier will deliver to your neighbour and your Cotter Organic Lamb will be waiting for you at home, ready to be turned into a meal that will not be easily forgotten!
REFUND POLICY
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the product or service we have provided please inform us. We do all we can to ensure that every customer is happy with the service we offer.
